Join the leading investment bank to the healthcare and life science industries as an Equity Capital Markets (ECM) Analyst. You will support the execution of equity and equity-linked financing transactions including IPOs, follow-on offerings, structured deals, and convertible debt for leading healthcare companies.

  • Execute transactions as an Analyst on the ECM team, supporting deal processes from origination through closing
  • Prepare financial models, valuation analyses, pitch books, offering memoranda, and roadshow presentations
  • Conduct industry research, competitive analysis, and monitor healthcare sector capital markets activity
  • Coordinate due diligence processes and assist with SEC filings and regulatory documentation
  • Interact directly with current and prospective clients, including management teams, CFOs, and boards of directors
  • Work closely with the broader investment banking team to coordinate client coverage, deal origination, and execution
  • Collaborate with equity research, trading, syndicate, legal counsel, and other advisors throughout transactions

Experience & Education

  • Minimum one year of investment banking experience, preferably in equity capital markets or healthcare coverage
  • Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university with exemplary academic record
  • Demonstrated experience in financial modeling, valuation, and transaction execution

Technical Skills

  • Advanced financial modeling capabilities (DCF, comparable company analysis, precedent transactions)
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Familiarity with Bloomberg, Capital IQ, or FactSet preferred
  • Experience with SEC filings (S-1, S-3, 10-K, 10-Q) preferred

Licensing

  • Competitive base salary of $110,000 - $125,000
