Position Overview Level: Analyst 2/3 Focus: Technology M&A Location: New York City Start Date: Flexible for qualified candidates

Responsibilities

  • Support execution of technology M&A transactions across software, data & analytics, and tech-enabled services
  • Build and maintain financial models, conduct valuation analyses, and assist with due diligence
  • Prepare marketing materials, management presentations, and Board-level presentations
  • Conduct industry and company research to support transaction execution and client advisory
  • Coordinate with legal, accounting, and other transaction advisors

Required Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of M&A investment banking experience with exposure to technology sectors
  • Strong technical proficiency in financial modeling and valuation
  • Exceptional analytical capabilities and attention to detail
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to start immediately or shortly after bonus season
