As an Oracle HCM Developer with PeopleSoft Experience, you'll play a key role in designing and delivering solutions using the latest Oracle PeopleSoft tools and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead technical solution design, development, deployment, and implementation throughout the PeopleSoft lifecycle

• Translate business challenges into hands-on technical solutions using PeopleTools

• Collaborate with Requirements Analysts to deliver features and capabilities in each sprint

• Analyze vendor updates and system impacts to inform design decisions

• Partner with Product Owners and Analysts to propose solutions that minimize customization

• Provide production support by identifying, designing, programming, and testing solutions to resolve complex issues

• Create and execute test scenarios and cases; assist in critical data corrections as needed

Required Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (experience may substitute for degree)

• Experience in systems implementation, application process redesign, or change management

• Recent technical development experience with PeopleSoft HRMS (version 9.x or higher) OR PeopleSoft Certifications in lieu of experience

• Experience developing, prototyping, and testing enterprise IT solutions

• Hands-on experience with Oracle and SQL

• Experience with Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) technologies

• Demonstrated technical development experience implementing PeopleSoft solutions

• Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph

• Must be able to work onsite in Chantilly, VA

Desired Qualifications:

• Leadership experience in managing information systems projects

• Strong background in industry best practices, process improvement, or IT transformation

• Experience documenting designs and processes

• Familiarity with unit testing practices

• Experience in the customers mission domain

• Certified PeopleSoft training in areas such as:

  • PeopleTools I & II

  • PeopleCode, Workflow, Integration Broker

  • Application Engine, Component Interface

  • PeopleSoft HRMS, Portal, ELM, or Supply Chain Management
