We're Hiring: Federal Financial Project Manager
Location: Tysons Corner, VA (Onsite 4 days/week)
Clearance: Must be able to obtain a Public Trust
Eligibility: U.S. Citizenship is required

Are you a seasoned Project Manager with deep experience in Federal Financial Management? Do you know OMB A-123, the DATA Act, FMFIA, and federal reporting inside and out? If so, wed love to talk.

Were supporting a federal agency with high-impact financial initiatives, and were looking for someone who brings both technical expertise and strategic leadership to the table.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead federal financial projects, including internal controls (A-123), financial statements, FMFIA, and DATA Act reporting

  • Develop and manage project plans, schedules, staffing, and key deliverables

  • Support executive briefings, client communications, and resource management

  • Implement and monitor financial compliance processes

  • Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert to internal teams and clients

  • Contribute to business development, proposals, and value-driven solutions

What You Bring:

  • PMP Certification
  • 8+ years of federal financial experience, including internal controls leadership

  • 4+ years managing federal programs involving systems, data, or process improvement

  • Strong knowledge of FMFIA, IPERIA, A-123, and AFR reporting

  • PMP certification (preferred, but flexibility for the right candidate)

  • Familiarity with Federal Oracle Financials

  • Experience using Microsoft Project and other PM tools

  • Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills

Bonus Points for:

  • CGFM or CPA certification

  • Prior experience preparing executive-level briefings and managing compliance teams

  • Proven success in proposal writing or business development
