We're Hiring: Federal Financial Project Manager
Location: Tysons Corner, VA (Onsite 4 days/week)
Clearance: Must be able to obtain a Public Trust
Eligibility: U.S. Citizenship is required
Are you a seasoned Project Manager with deep experience in Federal Financial Management? Do you know OMB A-123, the DATA Act, FMFIA, and federal reporting inside and out? If so, wed love to talk.
Were supporting a federal agency with high-impact financial initiatives, and were looking for someone who brings both technical expertise and strategic leadership to the table.
What You'll Do:

Lead federal financial projects, including internal controls (A-123), financial statements, FMFIA, and DATA Act reporting

Develop and manage project plans, schedules, staffing, and key deliverables

Support executive briefings, client communications, and resource management

Implement and monitor financial compliance processes

Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert to internal teams and clients

Contribute to business development, proposals, and value-driven solutions
What You Bring:
- PMP Certification
-
8+ years of federal financial experience, including internal controls leadership

4+ years managing federal programs involving systems, data, or process improvement

Strong knowledge of FMFIA, IPERIA, A-123, and AFR reporting

PMP certification (preferred, but flexibility for the right candidate)

Familiarity with Federal Oracle Financials

Experience using Microsoft Project and other PM tools

Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
Bonus Points for:

CGFM or CPA certification

Prior experience preparing executive-level briefings and managing compliance teams

Proven success in proposal writing or business development
