What You'll Do:
Lead Through Leadership:

Develop, coach, and mentor showroom managers to become strong, confident leaders

Foster a performance-driven culture rooted in growth, accountability, and recognition
Drive Strategic Sales Growth:

Create and implement sales strategies that drive revenue across all showrooms

Set clear targets, inspire teams, and lead through influence not just oversight
Optimize Performance:

Monitor key performance metrics like sales, foot traffic, and conversion rates
-
Analyze trends and coach managers on how to pivot quickly and effectively
Develop Talent:

Ensure ongoing training and development for both showroom managers and sales teams

Build internal bench strength and career paths within the sales org
Champion Customer Experience:

Create a consistent, standout customer experience across all retail locations

Encourage loyalty through service excellence, personalization, and follow-through
Support Merchandising Strategy:

Partner with merchandising and inventory teams to ensure showrooms are visually strong, well-stocked, and aligned with marketing campaigns
Manage Budgets & Forecasting:

Own sales forecasting, goal setting, and budget management across all locations

Make data-driven decisions that support growth and profitability
Collaborate Across the Business:

Work closely with marketing, operations, and leadership to align strategies and execute successful sales initiatives
What You Bring:
-
7+ years in sales leadership, preferably within a multi-unit retail environment
-
Industry experience in furniture, home goods, or a related retail segment strongly preferred

Proven track record of leading sales teams to exceed goals and KPIs

Strong knowledge of retail operations and sales strategy execution

Inspirational leadership styleable to build trust, develop others, and lead through change

Data-savvy mindset; confident using metrics to drive decisions and performance

Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
