As a Full Stack Software Engineer, you will play a critical role in architecting and delivering AI-driven solutions that support mission-critical operations. What You'll Do

• Architect and Develop Design and implement software architectures, APIs, frameworks, and libraries for AI-driven capabilities.
• Prototype and Build Develop front-end and back-end prototypes and tools to accelerate the software development lifecycle.
• Maintain and Optimize Manage production applications, resolve bugs, enhance security and performance, and implement new features.
• Collaborate and Innovate Work closely with clients and stakeholders to align technology with mission goals, driving forward AI-based solutions.
• Stay Ahead of the Curve Keep up with the latest advancements in AI, DevSecOps, and modern software architecture to ensure continuous innovation.

What You Bring to the Team

• Deep expertise in Python, JavaScript, and at least one other programming language (preferably Java).
• Hands-on experience with front-end frameworks (React, Vue) and back-end runtimes (Node.js, Spring Boot, Django, Flask).
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience leading development teams in an Agile environment.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevSecOps tools, and Kubernetes for scalable deployments.
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL, SQLAlchemy, ElasticSearch/OpenSearch, and Neo4J as persistent stores.
• A solid understanding of microservices architectures and modern front-end frameworks.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders and drive technical strategy.
• Ability to analyze complex requirements and recommend efficient technical solutions.

Security Clearance & Certifications

• Active Top Secret (TS) Security Clearance with SCI eligibility is required.
• DoDD 8140 IAT Level III certification is preferred.
