Community Manager and Visionaire (Remote)

We are looking for a person of exceptional ability that is willing to join our efforts in changing the underlying Paradigm of decentralized ledger technology.

Humanode is a novel type of DLT. Peers in the system are equal in terms of validation and voting power. Nodes are deployed through biometric processing with liveness detection to prove that there is only one human behind each node. This approach is called Proof-of-Personhood, where instead of mining equipment or staked assets, a human being's biological uniqueness becomes the stake itself.

Tasks:

1) Be engaged in the community. Talk to people, inspire with your vision, be communicative.

2) Administer and manage groups on different social platforms.

3) Answer questions from the community and formulate an appropriate FAQ document.

4) Safeguard the community from racism, sexism, NSFW content, price discussions, stupid memes, and any other irrelevant and hurtful things that might occur.

5) Participate and promote the evolution of the Humanode vision and culture.

6) Be a visionary of the future where all nodes are deployed through biometric processing and are equal in terms of validation and voting power. Be able to deliver this vision to others in the community.

7) Participate in the creation of traditions for the community.

8) Be the link that connects the core team to the community.

9) Support any content created by the Humanode team. Push in various groups.

10) Be engaged in other friendly or partner groups.

11) Organize and conduct interactive sessions of various sorts: quizzes, AMA's, public talks, debates, round tables, etc.

12) Onboard developers to the community. Know how to interact with devs of different ecosystems and caliber.

13) Be the beacon of culture and vision for the Humanode Core team.

14) React and help in critical situations.

15) Be ready to become a Humanode node and participate in governance.

16) Work like you have skin in the game

Requirements:

1) Have a brief understanding of how DLT's, blockchain, consensus mechanisms work.

2) Read through all the documents and blog posts of Humanode. Here humanode.io/papers and here blog.humanode.io

3) Native or fluent English. If you know any other languages that's an advantage.

4) Have strong social and emotional intellects.

5) Be organized.

6) Be a social person and love to talk and text. There is going to be a lot of this.

7) Be creative.

8) Basic knowledge about computers and how they work.

9) Oratory and strong rhetoric skills are a must.

10) Be friendly.

11) Have a good heart.

12) Know how to remain calm under pressure.

13) Believe in the Humanode vision.

The last one is really important. We don't want you going around and trying to "sell" the vision you yourself don't believe in. We want you to tell your own truth, and let others feel your belief in the vision.
