Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Admin Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing office supplies

- Maintain and update company databases and records

- Prepare and distribute memos, letters, and other documents

- Handle incoming and outgoing mail 

- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely completion of tasks

- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Qualifications:

-Graduate of any business course 

- Proven experience in an administrative role

-Fresh graduates are welcome to apply 

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organizational and time-management abilities

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Attention to detail and accuracy

- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities

-Available to start asap
