Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Associate to join our team at SM Baliwag, located in Baliwag, Bulacan, Philippines. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in our store.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

- Listen to customer needs and recommend products that best suit their needs

- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner

- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently

- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor

- Monitor and restock inventory levels

- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers

- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions

- Collaborate with team members to achieve store objectives

- Adhere to all company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

- At least college level or graduate of any vocational course 

- Previous retail or sales experience is preferred

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent customer service skills

- Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions

- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays

- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
