As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in our retail store. You will work closely with the store team to ensure that our customers have a positive shopping experience and are satisfied with their purchases.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and assist them in finding products, providing recommendations and answering any questions they may have

- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are properly displayed and stocked

- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system

- Meet and exceed sales targets by actively promoting products and upselling to customers

- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty

- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and be able to effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers

- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and objectives

- Follow company policies and procedures, including cash handling and inventory management

Qualifications:

- At least college level or vocational graduate

- Previous retail or sales experience is a must

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Basic math skills and proficiency in using a point-of-sale system

- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
