Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Admin Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office and ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our daily business activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence
- Maintain and update company databases and records
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other business documents
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for company executives
- Monitor and order office supplies and equipment
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assist in organizing company events and team-building activities
- Provide support to other departments as needed
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any 4 year course
- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
-Must have NBI, TOR and Diploma
- Available to start asap
