Sr. Finance Controller

Job Description

• Oversee all accounting and financial operations, including general ledger, budgeting, and forecasting

• Prepare and review monthly and annual financial reports

• Manage payroll, taxation, and compliance for both Philippine and Canadian entities

• Handle reconciliations, audit preparation, and internal control procedures

• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting aligned with company and regulatory standards

• Support management in financial planning, cost analysis, and strategic decision-making

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in IT, SaaS, or professional services

• Strong background in Philippine accounting standards and experience handling Canadian payroll and compliance

• Proficient in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or similar) and advanced in Excel or Google Sheets

• Excellent attention to detail, integrity, and communication skills
