The Opportunity

We are seeking a Gen AI Consultant/Product Manager with a strong background in product strategy, custom software development, and customer-facing AI solutions. You will lead the definition, planning, and execution of AI-powered products. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, collaborates deeply with clients, and translates AI potential into high-impact, scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Gen AI Education & Enablement

  • Create and deliver engaging educational sessions (e.g., kickoffs, lunch & learns, keynotes) tailored to technical audiences.
  • Promote Gen AI adoption through community-building and storytelling, such as blog posts, podcasts, or other enablement efforts.

Product Management

  • Define and evolve the product vision and strategy for Gen AI solutions, aligning with client goals and long-term business value.
  • Communicate a clear product narrative that connects our internal IP with real-world, practical applications.
  • Lead discovery sessions to understand client pain points, workflows, and success measures.
  • Translate client objectives into structured initiatives, epics, features, and user stories with clear acceptance and success criteria.
  • Prioritize features by balancing business impact, user value, and technical feasibility.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and client teams to deliver usable solutions quickly.
  • Define and track product success using measurable OKRs and KPIs.
  • Document key outcomes and contribute to reusable case studies and product marketing materials.

Project and Delivery Management

  • Create and maintain delivery plans, timelines, and milestones across multiple workstreams
  • Facilitate sprint ceremonies including planning, standups, demos, and retrospectives
  • Track progress against scope and timelines, adjusting plans when needed, and communicating clearly with stakeholders
  • Identify and remove delivery blockers, escalate risks, and ensure teams have what they need to move forward
  • Manage client expectations by providing regular updates, status reports, and visibility into progress
  • Align delivery execution with product priorities, helping teams focus on the highest-impact work
  • Support estimation, resourcing, and backlog refinement to maintain delivery momentum

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in product management with at least 1 year focused on GenAI.
  • Proven success in shipping digital products, preferably in consulting or agency environments.
  • Experience delivering customer-facing platforms powered by AI.
  • Exceptional collaboration and communication skills; able to influence without authority.
  • CSPO certification preferred; Bachelors degree in a relevant field required.
