Position Overview
We are seeking a Delivery Manager who brings strong Business Analysis skills to lead the delivery of software projects while driving a deep understanding of client business needs. In this hybrid role, you will manage project execution, stakeholder relationships, and requirements gathering activities, ensuring that solutions are aligned with both strategic goals and user needs. This role is ideal for a delivery-focused leader who enjoys blending project leadership with business analysis to create real impact.
Key Responsibilities
Project & Delivery Management
- Lead end-to-end delivery of customized software development and digital transformation projects.
- Define project scopes, timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
- Drive risk management, proactively addressing issues and mitigating delivery risks.
- Communicate clearly with internal teams and client stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency.
- Oversee Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos.
Business Analysis and Requirements Management
- Work directly with clients to elicit, document, and validate business requirements.
- Conduct process analysis, gap assessments, and define future-state solutions.
- Translate business needs into user stories, epics, and functional specifications.
- Partner with UX/UI designers and developers to ensure solutions are user-centered and meet client expectations.
- Support product backlog management and facilitate prioritization based on business value and technical feasibility.
Client Management and Strategic Alignment
- Cultivate strong client relationships through proactive communication and delivery excellence.
- Understand client business goals and ensure that project outcomes drive measurable business value.
- Provide strategic input to product roadmaps and solution designs based on client needs and market trends.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Lead cross-functional project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Mentor and support team members in both delivery practices and business analysis methods.
- Champion best practices in project delivery, Agile methodologies, and requirements management.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in delivery management, technical project management, or business analysis roles within software consulting or digital services environments.
- Proven experience successfully delivering customer-facing digital solutions or enterprise website redesign projects.
- Strong business analysis skills, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder facilitation.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
