Terms and Conditions for Job Applicants
By submitting an application or registering your interest in employment with Provoke Solutions Limited or any of its affiliated entities (“Provoke”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Use of Application Information
All information you provide to us (including your CV, cover letter, and any supporting documents) must be true, complete, and accurate. Submitting false or misleading information may result in your application being declined or, if discovered later, termination of employment.
2. Privacy and Data Protection
We collect, store, and process your personal data for recruitment purposes only. This includes assessing your suitability for roles, contacting you about your application, and maintaining records of your engagement with us.
Your personal data may be shared with:
- Internal teams involved in recruitment and hiring;
- External service providers assisting with background checks or candidate screening; and
- Group entities within the Provoke network (including those outside your country of residence).
We will handle your personal data in accordance with applicable privacy laws, including (where applicable) the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the UK GDPR, and other relevant data protection laws.

You must not disclose any confidential or proprietary information obtained during the application or interview process.
8. No Employment Guarantee
Submission of an application does not create an employment relationship or guarantee an offer of employment. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any position at any time.
9. Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. The updated version will apply from the date it is published on our website.
