With more than 25 years in the industry, the company has established strong partnerships with major manufacturers of medical devices and is present in more than 2000 hospitals in 39 countries.

As a Product Security Risk Management Engineer you are resposnible for the cybersecurity risk management activities (identification, assessment, and mitigation) and help the R&D team design products that can be deployed securely in the hospitals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to Threat Analysis activities to identify potential product vulnerabilities with architects and systems/subsystems leads
  • Gather with a cross-functional team to assess product vulnerabilities
  • With the design team, define efficient mitigations to secure the products
  • Monitor potential security vulnerabilities all along the product's lifecycle (including during development and after the release on the field) and perform the corresponding security risk assessments
  • Advocate for Cybersecurity within R&D

The skillset we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field required
  • Excellent software and network engineering skills, understand technical context and work efficiently with R&D teams
  • Excellent analytical skills as well as strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders, including Product Managers, Project Managers, IT resources, Sales, Support R&D team members and Product Security Officer
  • Fluent English

Nice to have:

  • Working knowledge in cybersecurity risk management, ISO 14971 (Risk Management), ISO 27000 or UL 2900 is a plus
  • Ideally, some in product development or equivalent preferably in the healthcare or software development industry and in particular on assignments related to cybersecurity
  • Certification in Cybersecurity is a plus
