In this multifaceted role, you'll be a guardian of our technological narrative, weaving complex technological advancements into clear, compelling, and legally sound documentation. You'll partner with our engineering, legal, and marketing teams, crafting patent applications, product guides, SEO-rich content, and insightful blogs that not only protect our innovations but also articulate our story and value proposition to clients and the wider audience.

Your Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Complete fluency in English.
- At least 1-5 years of proven work experience as a technical writer or similar role.
- Familiarity with the proxy and web data technologies industry is a plus.
- Proficient in using tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and documentation software like MadCap Flare or DITA.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to translate technical jargon into user-friendly content.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and have a keen interest in understanding the intricate workings of the products.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Patent Documentation: Draft, review, and collaborate on patent applications to safeguard our innovative technologies. Ensure that all patents are precise, thorough, and legally sound.
- Documentation Development: Collaborate with product managers, developers, and engineers to produce high-quality documentation that effectively communicates the capabilities and functionalities of our hardware, software, and IoT solutions.
- Technical Understanding: Quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and visuals.
- Standardize Content: Develop and maintain internal standards for style, content, and format. Ensure that all product documentation is consistent and up-to-date.
- User Manual Creation: Design and write user manuals, how-to guides, FAQs, release notes, and technical notes to assist both the end-users and our internal teams.
- Diagram Creation: Develop detailed, clear, and illustrative diagrams to represent product functionality, system interactions, and technology designs.
- Review and Edit: Review, edit, and proofread materials written by others, ensuring clarity, conciseness, and technical accuracy.
- Content Strategy: Propose and implement content strategies, including but not limited to instructional content, tutorials, and digital media.
- Blog Writing: Craft compelling and relevant blog posts about our products, industry trends, and technical advancements, ensuring they resonate with our target audience.
- Training & Workshops: Conduct or assist in training sessions and workshops for the team on best practices in the documentation and usage of our products.
- Feedback Loop: Gather feedback from users, support teams, and developers to continually improve documentation.
- Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure that our documentation remains relevant and user-friendly.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Engage regularly with various teams to ensure that our documentation aligns with product updates and company objectives.
