RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with the Design Director to craft designs aligned with seasonal themes.
• Innovate with new techniques, treatments, and shapes for both import and domestic markets.
• Move designs from concept through to final sample approval, maintaining high standards and meeting deadlines.

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and project prioritization skills.
• Minimum 5 years experience in design, specifically with soft wovens.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• In-depth knowledge of garment construction and tech packs.
