As we move to a digitalized organization, we need manpower in building Dashboards and Analytics, that is tailor-fitted with respect to management reporting and decision support for each BU. FBP for IT will focus on creating Dashboards and analytics, maximizing the data and information from various systems, planning, budget, forecasting for IT BU, cost center variance analysis (opex, capex and headcount) and special projects.

  • Strategic business partner to Operational Excellence (OE) unit/department, building strong relationships, leading financial reviews to understand challenges and opportunities, as well as manage overheads & capital expenditures in partnership with the BU leaders.
  • Responsible in implementing the business planning cycle within the business units/department, including annual operating budgets, quarterly forecast/LE and long term financial plan to ensure alignment with overall business strategies and financial targets.
  • Responsible for reviewing and documenting the BU/department's existing policies & procedures, coordinating with other Finance business partners as necessary, implementing best practice in the industry with internal controls in mind, and ensuring the BU/department's compliance to such.
  • Design, develop and implement end-to-end BI solutions, inclusing data models, ETL processes, and data visualizations, using Qlik / Power BI and other BI related technologies. Communicate technical information and data interpretation to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand dashboard and reporting requirements.
  • Develop and maintain documentation on BI processes, data sources, and data dictionaries to ensure consistency and data integrity across the team.
  • Create, customize and deliver isightful and user-friendly dashboards, reports and data visualizations to meet business needs.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot BI solutions, ensuring optimal performance and data accuracy. Continuously identify opportunities for BI Improvements and enhancements, staying current with industry standards and best practices.
  • Collaborate with the IT and Finance team to ensure the secuity, compliance and scalability of BI solutions.
  • Provides sensitivity analysis & Financial modelling.
  • Contribute to ad-hoc projects as needed, and continually automate/ streamline processes to improve business efficiency across the organization.
  • Incorporates health, safety, security, and environmental compliance in the planning and implementation of Finance operations and initiatives.
  • Other job-related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.


Qualifications:


  • Graduate of Finance or any related course. CPA preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience in FP&A with focus on Business intelligence and reporting.
  • Strong experience with Qlik or Power BI. Profiency in SQL, Power Query, KNIME, Python/Pandas, ETL processes and data modeling techniques.
  • Superior Excel and powerpoint skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills i.e., analyze data, capture gaps while executing control, identify ways to fix the issue and suggest necessary process improvement to avoid such instances from recurring.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Stakeholder management i.e., engage with senior leaders, manage expectations and ability to speak-up & influence without authority.
  • Exhibit a creative mindset/"everything is possible" attitude. 
  • Demonstrated project management experience and the ability to work cross-functionally, excellent attention to details and conduct proper validation work before presenting solutions/results to direct leadership.
  • Drive FTQ (First Time Quality) when releasing solutions to production.
