About the job Customer Care

  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries
  • Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Know basic customer inquiries: vessel schedules, tariff rates and others
  • Assists customer with replacement of orders, refunds and others
  • Track and trace shipments as required. Ensuring timely movement and delivery status of freight to destination.
  • Handle customer complaints, and provide appropriate solutions & alternatives within the time limits.
  • Recommend potential service to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
  • Will conduct booking and pre-advise
  • Perform other tasks that maybe assigned from time to time


  • A graduate of a 4-year degree course
  • At least 2 years experience as a costumer service representative
  • Amenable to work on Monday-Saturday working schedule
  • Willing to work in Manila Office
  • Can work under pressure and follow instructions
  • Knowledgeable in basic Microsoft word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Must have reliable working attitude
