Crane Service Engineer

Crane Service Engineers are multi-skilled individuals that are responsible for maintenance and repair of cranes. The Incumbent is responsible for leading projects for all dry dock works and supervision for in house crane teams and contractors, support with troubleshooting and diagnostics of crane systems, support and repair solutions for in-house workshop projects, support with component identification and providing specific specifications for replacement parts. It is also the incumbent responsibility to Inspect and design quality control, reporting on findings, and providing recommendations, visiting vessels to view the conditions that may affect a repair outcome.

Nonetheless, they find solutions for technical design problems that occur during the overhaul & repair of components and recording and reporting any system changes or deviations from original design.
