About the job HRIS Specialist
Job Description:
- Will assist in the data build up and configuration needed for the migration to HRIS and will continue to work on Data Quality initiatives to ensure data integrity
- Create reports and analysis required by the different business units
- Manage all report request regarding HR Employee Information
- Handle employee movement processing for sea-based employees
Preferred Qualifications: - Strong Microsoft Office skills specifically Outlook, Excel and Word
- With Bachelors degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Information Technology, Information Management, Data Analytics, Computer Science and other related courses
- Minimum of 3 years work experience in Data management or as Data Analyst
- Ability to manage big data
