Talent Acquisition is responsible for sourcing, assessing, and driving the selection of talent to support business needs.

Job Description:

Proactively and creatively sources, leads and screens candidates to develop pools of talent for all positions
Assesses candidates through competency-based screening, ensuring only qualified candidates are referred.
Creates a positive candidate experience.
Ensures the maintenance of accurate and concise records and reports concerning all phases of the recruitment process.

Accountabilities in this role

Responsible for management of marketing tools and pipelining for open positions through proactive sourcing, college and recent graduate recruiting management of employee referrals and open house recruiting events
Ability to utilize local and community resources for proactive candidate sourcing
Persuasively sells organization, role, and community to candidates
Assesses candidates through competency-based screening, ensuring only qualified candidates are referred
Focus on a client oriented recruiting process
Creates positive candidate experience through problem-resolution, immediate response to candidate's needs, and delivery of exceptional service to candidate

Qualifications:

 Bachelors in related field, or equivalent work experience
At least 5 years experience in related field
Experience recruiting for Middle Manager/Executive Search
High volume recruiting and sourcing experience strongly preferred
