A Supply Chain and Inventory Analysts will directly support the cross-functional team from inventory control perspective with data gathering, root cause variation and leading action plans to avoid recurrences and reporting days on hand, inventory turns, inventory reports accuracy up to order and fulfillment attainment.

The role assists the Supply Chain Manager for conducting data analysis, gathering weekly SCOR reports from managers to ensure efficiency, reduce costs and, mitigate procurement and logistical gaps.

The position requires excellent attention to detail, in- depth understanding of the delivery process and exceptional analytical skills.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Gather and analyze various Supply Chain Department reports to fit with the Department's Quality Objective.
  • Preparing weekly, monthly, quarterly consolidated reports of procurement, warehouse, logistics and inventory as part of SCOR.
  • Work with various cross-functional teams (such as Procurement, Warehouse, Logistics, Inventory, Finance and BUs) to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the information provided.
  • Work closely with Procurement Managers to understand business units annual purchasing plan vs procurement rolling forecasts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Accountancy, Business Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Distribution, Operations or a similar field.
  • At least 2 years experience in functional roles in Supply Chain and Inventory Control in Analytics roles in Supply Chain.
  • Proven experience as a Supply Chain Analyst/Production Scheduling/Procurement/Inventory Control/Logistics Coordinator or similar role.
  • Familiarity with supply chain processes (e.g., inventory, warehouse, procurement, logistics, etc).
  • Demonstrates the ability to pay very close to attention to detail and immediately notice any discrepancies regarding inventories and stock records.
  • Must have a high level of personal initiative with a strong sense of urgency and comfort with rapidly changing situations and environments.
  • Knowledge in audit, finance and accounting or related experience will be a plus.
  • Experience with databases and spreadsheets.
  • Advance knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other).
  • Analytical mind with business acumen and problem- solving aptitude.
  • Demonstrates logical analysis with business acumen and problem-solving skills, as well as strong listening, oral, written and communication skills.
