About the job Learning Management System and Administration Specialist
Summary of the Role:
Designs, implements, develops and manages PSACC Learning Management System by customizing the
LMS platform, creating and uploading course content, creating and delivering training programs, tracking
the progress and performance of learners, and providing users with technical assistance and training.
Develop eLearning Courses both in-house and working with an external provider, maintain Accurate
Records, provide Technical Support on LMS-related queries, review and revise e-Learning Content,
collaborate with other departments to enhance online learning plans and implementation, maintain the
Learning Management System, can support L&OD department on logistical activities.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and implement policies and procedures for LMS use;
Identify and assess individual and organizational learning goals, tracking progress toward meeting those goals and collecting and presenting data for supervising the learning process
- Coordinate with the HRBPs and BU Heads for the Learning Needs and creation of learning course outline to reinforce skills gap through LMS
- Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the LMS, ensuring that it meets the needs of our employees and is continuously improving.
- Oversee the administration of the Learning Management System (LMS), including user accounts, courses, content, and reporting;
- Serve as the primary point of contact for LMS support, troubleshooting technical issues and providing training to users;
- Manage LMS integrations with other systems, People Strong, Human Resources Information System (HRIS); Onboarding etc
- Create and manage user groups and permissions within the LMS to ensure appropriate access to courses and content;

- Stay up-to-date on new features and functionality in the LMS, and make recommendations for updates and upgrades
- Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the LMS, ensuring that it meets the needs of our employees and is continuously improving.
Generate reports on LMS usage and performance, and provide data-driven recommendations for improvements;
Monitor and evaluate expected outcome and success measures from the designed LMS Training & Programs created.
Provide efficient administrative support to the Learning & OD Team.
Assist with the delivery and collection of L & D course materials and equipment to and from training venues and assist trainers with setting up equipment when required.
Assist with pre-course administration including the collating, printing and binding of L & D materials, processing bookings and invoices, issuing joining instructions and pre-course information to delegates, providing pre-course customer service to delegates and trainers and assisting with organizing in-house training courses.
Maintain L&OD Department Record Keeping
Qualification:- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in BS Psychology, Instructional Design, Learning and Development, Instructional Technology, Learning Measurement & Analytics or related field.
Qualifications:

-Preferably with at least 5 years experience in driving LMS strategy, design, and program management in a corporate learning and development environment
-Ideally with combined vendor and in-house experience
