About the job Operation Officer

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for vessel weekly schedule
  • Manage the daily vessel route
  • Monitor the incoming/outgoing vessels, loading/unloading vessels
  • Submit the daily vessels declaration of incoming vessels
  • Coordinate all transactions at MNHPI
  • Coordinate to all branches regarding inbound and outbound cargo
  • Responsible in opening of vessel route and final manifest

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any related course
  • At least 3 years working experience in logistic and pier operations
  • Willing for an on call duty as needed and necessary for the role
  • Strong management skills and interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to work under pressure
  • Deliver the timely operations for management reference of the status and processes updates
  • Ensure the timely completion of all the necessary and required documentation associated with the operations management
  • Computer Literate, proficient in basic  word, excel and power point
  • Ability to work with subordinates to establish authority and responsibility
