Job Description:
- To support and assist the technical service manager for workshops and documentation.
 - Responsible for the NetSuite software, and inventory maintenance and follow standard procedures to escalate unresolved issues.
 
Job Responsibilities:
- In charge of workshop inventory of spare parts and consumables.
 - In charge of requesting workshop needs like tools, consumables, and others.
 - Perform the shipboard required documents for shipyard anchorage and dry-docking repairs.
 - To assist and prepare maintenance personnel for encoding work done service report /workshop.
 - Will handle Netsuite software for requesting workshop needs and workshop inventory.
 - Conducting the ToolBox meeting workshop
 - Monitoring activity work schedule
 - Checking and monitoring Job Orders
 - Execution of accurate accomplishment report based on Job Orders
 - Coordinate with the mechanical maintenance officer for major equipment breakdowns
 - Respond to a query via Email & Phone
 - Perform other duties assigned by the technical service manager.
 
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering Licensed Mechanical Engineer is required
 - At least 2-3 years of experience in Logistics
 - Proficient in Microsoft Office MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint and familiar with NetSuite.
 - Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
 - Ability to work well under pressure
