About the job Multimedia Designer
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and produce a wide range of visual content including marketing collateral, social media assets, websites assets, presentations, documents, and forms.
- Maintain organized design files and version control within the Design Studio folders.
- Support the creation of digital assets for campaigns and communications, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and creative briefs.
- Use Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Suite to typeset documents such as forms, letters, and customer correspondence.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content accuracy and visual clarity
- Assist in updating and maintaining templates and forms to improve readability, accuracy and consistency

- Provide ad hoc design support for website and app UI projects, including wireframes, layout suggestions, and visual enhancements using tools like Figma.
- Assist the digital marketing and technology teams by contributing to the visual design of customer and broker-facing digital experiences, ensuring designs are intuitive, accessible, and aligned with Peppers brand.
SELECTION CRITERIA
- Candidate must possess at least 3-4 years of experience in graphic design, typesetting and UI design
- Qualification in Graphic Design and or UI (degree or diploma)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and After Effects)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Word, PowerPoint etc.
- Strong English communication skills, written and verbal
- Experience working for an Australian or any financial institution will be an advantage
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Positive disposition and can-do attitude
- Keen attention to details
- Ability to work well within a team environment
