About the job Credit Support Administrator
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide exemplary levels of service to both internal and external customers
- Possess strong communication and turnaround times associated with the loan application process
- Ensure data entry of all information of the customers for AU and NZ mortgage applications into workflow
- Ensure all loan submissions are uploaded and indexed into our system
- Ensure all Title searches are completed in a timely fashion
- To ensure all pre settled loans, sales adhoc, final approval and system checks to ensure achievement of set targets
- Ensure Indexing of documents is completed in a timely manner
- Ensure all Settled Property Type were noted in the system accordingly
SELECTION CRITERIA
- Demonstrated experience for a minimum of two (2) years in a similar role
- Keen attention to details
- Positive disposition and can-do attitude
- Ability to work well with others in a team environment
