RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide exemplary levels of service to both internal and external customers
  • Possess strong communication and turnaround times associated with the loan application process
  • Ensure data entry of all information of the customers for AU and NZ mortgage applications into workflow
  • Ensure all loan submissions are uploaded and indexed into our system
  • Ensure all Title searches are completed in a timely fashion
  • To ensure all pre settled loans, sales adhoc, final approval and system checks to ensure achievement of set targets
  • Ensure Indexing of documents is completed in a timely manner
  • Ensure all Settled Property Type were noted in the system accordingly

SELECTION CRITERIA

  • Demonstrated experience for a minimum of two (2) years in a similar role
  • Keen attention to details
  • Positive disposition and can-do attitude
  • Ability to work well with others in a team environment
