RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Ensure brokers are provided with the highest level of service thru chat and phone within guidelines
  • Handle brokers enquiries relating to mortgage products via phone, email, and written correspondence
  • Ensure all related functions completed accurately and within SLA
  • Liaise with various departments and stakeholders as necessary to resolve issues by utilizing applicable tools, systems and channels
  • Ensure strong communication and turnaround time associated with the loan application process numbers, email, and addresses
  • Ensure the minimization of fraud, credit, and operational losses in the organization to below industry standards
  • Manage risk through ensuring compliance to policy, quality and operational standards

SELECTION CRITERIA

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Minimum of (1) one year of Customer Service experience in a Contact Centre environment
  • Experience in Mortgages, Credit/Assessments and Settlements will be an advantage
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and management skills
  • Positive disposition and can-do attitude
  • Keen attention to details
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision
