RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure brokers are provided with the highest level of service thru chat and phone within guidelines
- Handle brokers enquiries relating to mortgage products via phone, email, and written correspondence
- Ensure all related functions completed accurately and within SLA
- Liaise with various departments and stakeholders as necessary to resolve issues by utilizing applicable tools, systems and channels
- Ensure strong communication and turnaround time associated with the loan application process numbers, email, and addresses
- Ensure the minimization of fraud, credit, and operational losses in the organization to below industry standards
- Manage risk through ensuring compliance to policy, quality and operational standards
SELECTION CRITERIA
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Minimum of (1) one year of Customer Service experience in a Contact Centre environment
- Experience in Mortgages, Credit/Assessments and Settlements will be an advantage
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and management skills
- Positive disposition and can-do attitude
- Keen attention to details
- Ability to work with minimum supervision
