About the job Pre-Qualification Specialist
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide scenarios for the Direct customer team.
- Provide exemplary levels of service to both internal and external customers
- Be available to conduct inbound/outbound phone calls, directing or managing the call to a satisfactory outcome.
- Comply with all regulatory requirements
- Create and maintain customer profiles in MS Dynamics system
- Ensure smooth management of inboxes
- Respond/communicate to external contacts accurately and in a timely manner via phone, email, and chat interactions
SELECTION CRITERIA:
- Demonstrated experience in contact centre for at least one (1) years
- Knowledgeable on the Australian Regulatory environment
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Positive disposition and can-do attitude
- Excellent attention to details
- Ability to work well with others in a team environment
