RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide scenarios for the Direct customer team.
  • Provide exemplary levels of service to both internal and external customers
  • Be available to conduct inbound/outbound phone calls, directing or managing the call to a satisfactory outcome.
  • Comply with all regulatory requirements
  • Create and maintain customer profiles in MS Dynamics system
  • Ensure smooth management of inboxes
  • Respond/communicate to external contacts accurately and in a timely manner via phone, email, and chat interactions

SELECTION CRITERIA:

  • Demonstrated experience in contact centre for at least one (1) years
  • Knowledgeable on the Australian Regulatory environment
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Positive disposition and can-do attitude
  • Excellent attention to details
  • Ability to work well with others in a team environment
