RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide exemplary levels of service to both internal and external customers
- Possess strong communication and turnaround times associated with the loan application process
- Ensure all communications being sent externally are within the Companys best standard
- Ensure data entry of all information of new brokers for AU and NZ mortgage applications into workflow
- Ensure all existing mortgage brokers business contact details are current, and all changes required are made in a timely fashion Including new phone numbers, email, and addresses
- Ensure Indexing of documents is completed in a timely manner
- Conduct problem solving on valuation related issues
- Provide updates on various cases
- Handle commission related enquiries for both Mortgages & Personal Loans
- Maintain relationships with brokers and partners
- Adhere with the turnaround time in a timely manner
SELECTION CRITERIA:
- Candidate must be at least college level in a relevant field
- Candidate must possess demonstrated 2 years experience working with Australian-facing clients, ideally in a support, service, or administrative capacity in Australian outsourcing field.
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Keen attention to details
- Positive disposition and can-do attitude
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
