RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide exemplary levels of service to both internal and external customers
  • Possess strong communication and turnaround times associated with the loan application process
  • Ensure all communications being sent externally are within the Companys best standard
  • Ensure data entry of all information of new brokers for AU and NZ mortgage applications into workflow
  • Ensure all existing mortgage brokers business contact details are current, and all changes required are made in a timely fashion Including new phone numbers, email, and addresses
  • Ensure Indexing of documents is completed in a timely manner
  • Conduct problem solving on valuation related issues
  • Provide updates on various cases
  • Handle commission related enquiries for both Mortgages & Personal Loans
  • Maintain relationships with brokers and partners
  • Adhere with the turnaround time in a timely manner

SELECTION CRITERIA:

  • Candidate must be at least college level in a relevant field
  • Candidate must possess demonstrated 2 years experience working with Australian-facing clients, ideally in a support, service, or administrative capacity in Australian outsourcing field.
  • Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Keen attention to details
  • Positive disposition and can-do attitude
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
