RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure that all aspects of loan settlements are completed in an accurate and timely manner
  • Ensure loan documents and instructions issued to panel lawyers are correct and accurate
  • Ensure loan documents are complete, unaltered and appropriately executed and all settlement conditions have been met.
  • Ensure that anomalies are discovered in line with money laundering legislation
  • Ensure funding details are accurate to enable successful settlement
  • Ensure that queries from brokers/partners are answered appropriately and accurately
  • Ensure the delivery of best in class customer service

SELECTION CRITERIA

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors Degree in any field
  • At least 2 years of working experience in a similar role
  • Experience working in an Australian Financial Services environment will be an advantage
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills,
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Positive disposition and can-do attitude
  • Keen attention to details
  • Ability to work well within a team environment
