Contract Details: Full-time/Part-time
Responsibilities:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients.
- Provide direct ABA therapy to clients in their homes or other community settings.
- Train and supervise behavior technicians and other team members.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure effective and coordinated care.
- Monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client sessions and progress.
- Stay current with research and best practices in the field of ABA.
- Participate in team meetings and case conferences to discuss client progress and treatment strategies.
- Adhere to all ethical and professional standards of practice.
Qualifications:
- Must hold a current BCBA certification.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience providing ABA therapy to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.
- Experience conducting functional behavior assessments and developing treatment plans.
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must have access to reliable internet and technology to conduct remote sessions.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
