About the job Head of IT Business Transformation and PMO
Responsibilities;
- Lead concept, define scope, and execute on strategic and operational business transformation initiatives, ranging from corporate and operational strategy to process improvement.
- Provide proactive and engaged leadership on key projects designed to increase revenue, reduce expenses, enhance business efficiency, and improve customer experience.
- Be an effective change agent utilizing proper stakeholder analysis and change management techniques.
- Understand and analyze various drivers impacting key metrics and outcomes and provide a fact-based recommendation to the stakeholders.
- Provide senior leadership and functional unit management with updates on project status, key metrics, issues, and risks.
- Be a liaison between business units on projects that have a multi-organization or business unit scope.
- Facilitate team meetings and cross-functional workshops
- Conduct analyses needed to prove or disprove the hypothesis driving project execution.
- Proactively anticipate and work towards mitigating risks to project execution or stakeholder engagement.
- Support others by providing real-time coaching on business transformation and process improvement methodologies and tools.
- Work with all leaders in wireline business units, to provide effective leadership for the initiatives under analysis and execution.
- Responsible for managing team members and organization development such as performance management, retention, and succession planning.
Requirements;
- Min. Bachelors Degree, preferable from Information Technology major
- Min. 10 years working experience.
- Experience from a similar role, including project management and business analysis
- Experience of the whole project life cycle, able to operate in the initial conceptual design stage, in the depths of system testing, and at each stage in between/ PMP Certification
- Solid knowledge and strong competency of insurance especially for General insurance business such as Claim Process, Policy Processing, Customer Services, IT, and others.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, including Project, Visio, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Good problem solving with proactive mindset
- Creativity and analytical thinking
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Good leadership and strategic thinking skills
- Fluent in English
