Someone who lives in the details. A person who deeply understands how sales work both online and offline, and who can deliver sharp strategies backed by relevant, actionable data to help ONPOINT win every day in the market.

Job Description & Key Responsibilities:



1. E-commerce Ops

  • Change Product Display Picture (PDP) at online marketplace during campaign
  • Campaign submission
  • Monitor order shipment
  • Monitor and respond to order cancellation
  • Retract data and summary from Market Place (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, Desty Store)
  • Daily Report of All Sales


2. Performance Marketing

  • Monitor Ads budget usage: Market Place Ads, Meta Ads
  • Monitor Ads performance (ROAS - Return on Ads Spend): Market Place Ads, Meta Ads
  • Assist in Ads set up: Campaign set up (content upload, Ads budget, segmentation) as directed by Business Growth team
  • Recap Ads usage and performance
  • Consolidate data and summary from all sales channels: event, online, reseller

3. Sales Admin & Cross-Team Collaborations

  • In charge of Sales Admin for Retail Partners (including Wholesale & Consignment)
  • Create Internal ONPOINT Sales Purchase Order (PO)
  • Collect Sales recap for SPG/B activities and incentives
  • Coordinate with Legal team for reseller agreement
  • Coordinate with the Finance team for reseller confirmation payment, collect sales recap and invoicing, in-charge of reminder for physical document
  • Coordinate with inventory team for filling in inventory sheet delivery, replenish stock
  • Coordinate with product team for Totem/Display request

Requirements

  • Experience matters. Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in sales & marketing preferably in lifestyle, sports, or consumer goods brands. Bachelor's degree in management, business, or any major.
  • Strong communication & coordination skills. Comfortable working cross-functionally from marketing to operations to retail partners. You can manage multiple priorities without losing clarity.
  • Project management discipline. Able to manage timelines, vendors, and deliverables with precision. No chaos, no last-minute surprises.
