Job Description

• Develop visually appealing designs for websites, social media, advertisements, brochures, and other marketing materials. 
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative concepts.
• Create storyboards or mood boards to communicate design ideas effectively.
• Maintain consistent branding across all visual assets.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Utilize feedback to refine designs and ensure high-quality output.
• Assist in brainstorming sessions for new campaign ideas and creative strategies.
• Giving direction to the social media agency.
• Providing weekly reports/sharing session and or monthly report to Art Director and CEO. 

Requirements

• Having 2 years of working experience in graphic design. 
• Able to make a creative and simple concept of design either internally or with the help from small agency. 
• Able to decide independently whether to take a project on our own or share it with other agency. Therefore the incumbent should has a sense on how to balance cost and business output.
• Able to give creative ideas and execute well but not limited to contacting talent, engaging production house, as well as directing videography, photography and video editing. 
• Having a maturity in thinking and able to make creative yet sensible ideas that align with marketing goals.
