About the job:Social Media is an integral part of brand building on Desty. A tech startup with a mission to grow their business. Desty positions itself as a friendly partner who helps to grow merchants businesses through our wide range of tools.
The perfect candidate:
1. You are a research and Trend-Spotting Whiz: To produce performing content that provides value to the reader, candidate must have strong research skills combined with trend-spotting + ATM (Amati - Tiru - Modifikasi) from competitors or comparables brands. So this is one of the most critical skill sets needed to be a great social media marketer.
2. Solid Writing Skill: To produce content, both visual and caption are very crucial. With strong copy skills, you can think of how you will engage with the audience by providing good copy. Know your audience, and you will know how to communicate with them.
3. Good Eye: Social media is about visuals, so being able to differentiate which visual is Ok VS Great is a crucial skill in this role
4. Ability to Work Fast: As an early-stage start up, you need to have the ability to adapt to rapidly changing priorities and project demands within a fast-paced startup environment. So you would need to be able to work effectively fast within tight deadlines.
5. Always learn and improve: Continuous improvement is crucial factor to staying ahead of the game by continuously adapting to changes. By fostering a learning culture to experiment, innovate to improve the overall efficiency and quality of work.
Qualification:
- Preferably have an educational background in communications, marketing, or a related field.
- Final Semester or fresh graduate with social media experience, including Social media content & activity planning, Social media trend monitoring, and Social media reporting
- Have analytical skills in social media performance
- Experience using social media analytic tools (Capcut, VN) is a must.
- Able to do Hybrid working system arrangement in Mega Kuningan, Jakarta Selatan.
