Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end KOL and influencer campaigns across platforms (TikTok, Instagram, etc.)
- Source, evaluate, and maintain relationships with KOLs, creators, and talent agencies.
- Negotiate collaboration terms, deliverables, timelines, and usage rights.
- Monitor KOL content performance including reach, engagement, conversion, and ROI.
- Coordinate product seeding, briefing, content review, and posting schedules.
- Ensure KOL content aligns with brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and beauty regulations.
- Track industry trends, competitor KOL strategies, and emerging creators.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in KOL management, influencer marketing, or a related role.
- Prior experience in the beauty industry is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of influencer ecosystems on TikTok and Instagram.
- Experience managing multiple KOLs and campaigns simultaneously.
- Good negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
