Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end KOL and influencer campaigns across platforms (TikTok, Instagram, etc.)
  • Source, evaluate, and maintain relationships with KOLs, creators, and talent agencies.
  • Negotiate collaboration terms, deliverables, timelines, and usage rights.
  • Monitor KOL content performance including reach, engagement, conversion, and ROI.
  • Coordinate product seeding, briefing, content review, and posting schedules.
  • Ensure KOL content aligns with brand guidelines, campaign objectives, and beauty regulations.
  • Track industry trends, competitor KOL strategies, and emerging creators.


Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in KOL management, influencer marketing, or a related role. 
  • Prior experience in the beauty industry is highly preferred. 
  • Strong understanding of influencer ecosystems on TikTok and Instagram. 
  • Experience managing multiple KOLs and campaigns simultaneously. 
  • Good negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills. 
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
