We're looking for a Finance Accounting who can bring structure, reliability, and analytical thinking to our financial processes. What You Will Do :
- Coordinate closely with AP, AR, Tax, and cross-functional teams to ensure proper cut-off, completeness, and correctness of all financial transactions.
- Conduct monthly balance sheet reconciliation (e.g., cash, prepaid, accruals, fixed assets, AR/AP) and promptly investigate and resolve discrepancies.
- Support the month-end closing process by preparing adjustment entries such as accruals, amortization, depreciation, and reclassification journals.
- Review and verify financial data submitted by operational teams to ensure accurate recognition of expenses, liabilities, and asset movements.
- Prepare and maintain detailed schedules for key accounts, ensuring alignment with the General Ledger and compliance with PSAK.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and explanations for management.
- Collaborate with the Tax team by providing required accounting data for PPN, PPh 21/23/26, and corporate tax reporting.
- Support internal and external audit processes by preparing requested documents, reconciliations, and audit schedules.
What You Bring to the Role :
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting or finance operations.
- Strong knowledge of PSAK/IFRS, taxation, and general accounting principles.
- Proficiency with accounting software such as Jurnal.id, Accurate, or similar systems.
- High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple priorities.
- Effective communication skills and proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
