We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Business Development Consultant to join our team in Malaysia. In this role, you will work closely with businesses to drive growth through digital transformation, omnichannel strategies, and AI-powered customer engagement solutions. You’ll be at the forefront of innovation, helping our clients evolve and stay ahead in a competitive market.

What You’ll Do

  • Advise businesses on digital marketing, omnichannel engagement, and customer experience strategies that leverage the latest trends and AI technologies.
  • Deliver end-to-end business solutions from lead generation to conversion across sales, marketing, and customer service touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with clients to craft and execute go-to-market strategies that enhance digital presence and customer engagement.
  • Analyze performance data and user behavior to continuously optimize campaigns and identify growth opportunities.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their evolving needs and providing strategic recommendations to meet business objectives.
  • Achieve sales targets and profitability objectives Follow through the pre- and post-sales activities.
  • Help clients optimize the usage of Qiscus solutions so that they are able to maximize their ROI

What You Will Bring to the Role

  • Proven experience in business development, consulting, digital marketing, or SaaS-related roles.
  • Solid understanding of omnichannel strategy, customer journey mapping, and lead-to-revenue processes.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven tools, CRM platforms, and marketing automation is a strong advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Based in Malaysia, with a good understanding of the local business landscape and market dynamics.
  • Proficient in English
