We have an established partner ecosystem in Indonesia and are expanding this ecosystem to the Southeast Asia region rapidly. As such, we are building up our partnership/channels team, adding on outgoing individuals who love building relations, and turning them into something mutually beneficial for all parties. More importantly, we want teams that will create an impact in the local and regional business community. As we are racing ahead in the real-time communication technology space, having some technical knowledge will be quite necessary!

What You Will Do:
Understand partner’s markets, and use competitive insight to create actionable partner plans to support revenue growth objectives.
Deepen relationships with existing partners by networking with the various stakeholders in their organizations.
Generate Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) through partners by building up partners’ knowledge and capabilities in understanding, selling, and implementing Qiscus solutions.
Collaborate closely with the Qiscus Business Development team and other internal stakeholders across the organization to assist in the successful execution of key initiatives with our partnership.
Conduct product-enablement sessions and be the reference point/bridge with our technical support team for any technical inquiries from partners.
What You Will Bring to the Role:
Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
Have an outgoing personality with a strong ability to build relationships with different stakeholders in our partners holding various levels in their organization.
Proven work experience as a Partnership Account Manager, Channel Manager other relevant roles in a technology principal, with strong acumen in identifying synergies and opportunities.
Have sufficient technical understanding regarding software implementation as well as basic technical knowledge that helps to appreciate the technical aspects of real-time communication technologies.
Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and coordinate between different entities/contact points while doing so remotely/physically where necessary.
Demonstrated ability to recognize, analyze, and execute on small and large-scale enterprise-business opportunities.
Previous experience in a SaaS company or B2B industry will be a huge plus.
Highly independent but have a strong sense of teamwork even in remote working arrangements.
Possess excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude.
