Project Manager Intern (AI Team)

As AI capabilities become increasingly embedded in modern customer engagement, it has become essential to ensure that AI project development from ideation to deploymentis delivered on time, with clarity, and with measurable outcomes. Therefore, we are looking for a dynamic and passionate individual to join our project management team and support AI-related initiatives. Are you the one we are looking for?

What You Will Do

• Support internal resources and relevant stakeholders for the flawless execution of AI projects.
• Coordinate with engineers, product team, and business teams to ensure clear alignment on project goals and requirements.
• Assist in developing project scope and objectives, including understanding AI use cases and data requirements.
• Develop detailed project plans to track progress and timelines.
• Help monitor changes in project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Facilitate ongoing communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Help track and document AI development progress, including model experiments and performance results.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Willing to commit to the program for 6 months

What You Will Bring to the Role

• Fresh graduates or at least 3rd-year university students are welcome to apply.
• Excellent educational background, preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, Data/AI, or related fields.
• Passionate about AI technology and learning how AI projects are built and deployed.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid organizational skills.
• Strong working knowledge of online project management tools.
• Understanding of software engineering process methodology (Scrum, Agile, FSD, or XP) is required.
• Basic familiarity with AI/ML concepts (e.g., AI agents, LLMs, data-driven development) is a plus.
