Financial Controller

Our client stands at the forefront of the industry, revolutionizing the way we sleep with cutting-edge solutions, and they are currently seeking a Financial Controller to join their dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

• Establish and refine cost standards for materials and labor.
• Maintain and optimize the cost accounting system.
• Conduct a thorough analysis of production costs and propose enhancements.
• Supervise the physical inventory process.
• Conduct cost analyses and generate financial and budgetary reports.
• Gather cost data and manage the expenses database.
• Determine fixed costs and strategize for variable costs.
• Scrutinize standard and actual costs for discrepancies.
• Compile budgeting reports and assess profit margins.
• Forecast costs effectively.
• Support month-end and year-end closing procedures.
• Identify and propose cost-effective solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Management, Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial costing.
• Proficiency in database software for data manipulation (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
• Fluent in English.
• Familiarity with ERP production systems is advantageous.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
