Our client is in the process of hiring their future District Sales Manager, and they're seeking someone with remarkable experience and expertise in Construction Equipment.

As the District Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include developing and managing exclusive dealer networks across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Your primary focus will be on sales solutions aligned with the group's strategy.

This position is a remote role based in Germany, with regular travel within your designated territories. A company car will be provided, and proficiency in both German and English is mandatory.

Key Role & Responsibilities

  • Monitor and interpret market trends, identifying actions to adapt the dealer network accordingly. Acquire knowledge of the market and competition. Continuously monitor and enhance the market appearance of outlets operated by our partners.

Job Requirements

  • University degree in Business Administration and Engineering, or relevant experience. 
  • Knowledge of the market and competition.
  • Exceptional sales acumen and capabilities. 
  • Mandatory driving license. 
  • Ability to understand technical specifications of the industry. 
  • Fluency in German & English; any other European language is always a plus.
  • Understanding of the functionalities within a dealership. 
  • 7+ years of relevant experience.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within your assigned territory.
