Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

We are partnering with a progressive rural healthcare organization located in the Badlands of Eastern Montana. This 20-bed Critical Access Hospital serves a close-knit community of ~8,000 residents and supports two affiliated nursing homes (70 and 80 beds).

This is a highly respected, community-focused organization known for delivering quality care and maintaining a supportive, collaborative environment. This role provides a full range of outpatient mental health clinical services, with some exposure to inpatient care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations and clinical assessments
  
• Provide short- and long-term psychotherapy
• Facilitate group and family therapy sessions
• Support crisis intervention and care coordination
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on patient care plans
• Provide case management and continuity of care

Requirements

• LCSW required (active license)
• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW)
• Experience in clinical, outpatient, or hospital settings preferred
• Inpatient experience is a plus (limited exposure in this role)
