Senior Corporate Recruiter
Job Description:
We're seeking a Senior Corporate Recruiter to join our growing talent acquisition team. This role is ideal for a strategic, data-driven recruiter who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys partnering with business leaders to attract top consulting and technical talent. This is a minimum 6 month contract with possibility of extension/conversion. The position is hybrid onsite in Princeton, NJ. Expectation of 3 days/week onsite, after training.
What You'll Do

Manage full-cycle recruiting for client-facing consulting roles across data analytics, AI technology, pharma, life sciences, and healthcare domains.

Build trusted partnerships with hiring managers to define hiring needs, develop sourcing strategies, and deliver a high-quality candidate experience.

Use data and metrics to influence stakeholders, drive decision-making, and continuously improve hiring outcomes.

Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously, prioritizing competing deadlines while maintaining strong attention to detail.

Serve as a brand ambassador, representing the company's mission and values to candidates and external partners.
What You Bring

5+ years of recruiting experience, including 3+ years in a corporate environment (consulting or professional services preferred).

Proven success recruiting for client-facing, technical, or analytics-driven roles.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence and build trust across all levels of the organization.

A customer-service mindset with flexibility, empathy, and the ability to manage diverse personalities.

Proficiency with recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
