Operations and Business Development Manager
Job Description:
Regional Operations & Business Development Manager North America
Location: Flexible within the U.S. (Travel up to 60%)
Position Mission
The selected candidate will play a key role in consolidating and expanding Our Clients operations across North America, driving both commercial growth and operational excellence in delivering high-end temporary sanitation and water solutions for large-scale events.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the sports, entertainment, and corporate event sectors.

Build and maintain strong relationships with event producers, promoters, and agencies.

Represent Our Client at industry trade shows and networking events.

Negotiate contracts and partnership agreements with clients and vendors to maximize profitability and service quality.
Project Management

Oversee the installation, operation, and maintenance of VIP restroom and temporary water systems at major events.

Supervise on-site logistics, subcontractors, and quality assurance to ensure seamless execution.

Anticipate and resolve operational challenges quickly and effectively.

Ensure all client requirements are met with a focus on service excellence and customer satisfaction.
Collaboration & Expansion

Collaborate closely with Our Clients international teams, including operations in Spain and other regions.

Identify process improvements and contribute to strategic growth initiatives, particularly in Mexico and the
broader LATAM market. -
Champion Our Clients quality-driven and service-oriented culture throughout the North American business.
Candidate Profile

U.S. citizenship or valid work authorization required.

Minimum 4 years of experience in one or more of the following areas:

Event management (logistics, operations, or production)

B2B business development

Project management in fast-paced environments

Demonstrated communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in CRM systems, project management tools, and digital collaboration platforms.

Willingness to travel frequently (up to 60%).
Fluent in English AND Spanish.
Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in event services, rentals, or temporary facility management.

Knowledge of or experience working in the Mexican or broader LATAM market.

Bachelors degree in Engineering, Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
