Job Description:

  • Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial candidate assessments.

  • Help organize and maintain employee records, including personnel files, benefits information, and performance evaluations.

  • Contribute to onboarding activities for new hires, including preparing onboarding materials, conducting orientations, and ensuring a smooth transition.

  • Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management.

  • Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, such as organizing team-building activities or recognition programs.

  • Assist in maintaining HR databases and generating reports as needed.

  • Stay updated on employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance with HR practices.

Job Qualifications:

  • Must be a final year student/recent graduate with a Bachelors Degree

  • Must be available for 2-3 months

  • Excellent English communication (verbal and written)

  • Strong interest in human resources and a desire to learn and develop HR skills.

  • Basic knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws is advantageous.

  • Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook

  • Strong project and time management skills
