• Location: Mall stores across UAE

• Starting Date: Immediately

• Salary: AED 2000/month

Job Description:

• Provide technical support to end-users by troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.

• Assist in the setup, installation, and configuration of computer systems, software applications, and peripheral devices.

• Help maintain and update hardware and software inventory, ensuring accurate records of equipment and licenses.

• Contribute to the administration and maintenance of computer networks, including user accounts, permissions, and security settings.

• Assist in conducting routine system and network maintenance tasks, such as updates, backups, and performance monitoring.

• Collaborate with the IT team in identifying, evaluating, and implementing new technologies or solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

Job Qualifications:

• Strong technical skills within hardware and software

• Must be a final year student/recent graduate with a Bachelors Degree

• Must be available for 2-3 months

• Excellent English communication (verbal and written)

• Strong project and time management skills
